Training & Development:
For creating a healthy working environment all employees are receiving various types of training such as –

Monitoring & Counseling:
Floor counselors always look after the workers problem very closely. They make note if any problem persists and inform to the management. Counselors also give advice to the pregnant employees and what initiatives they should take before and after their pregnancy.

Suggestion box:
We have suggestion box in each toilet. Workers can express their opinion by writing on papers and drop with freedom in their suggestion boxes. Floor counselors open suggestion boxes in every week –ends. Our management people go through all the complains & suggestions and take necessary steps.
