Preparation to Compete with the current global RMG scenario

The RMG sector in Bangladesh has been earning 75% of total annual foreign currency. On an average this sector is growing significantly in the production of quality garments. The Global business scenario of RMG sector is changing so rapidly, and is heavily dependent on lead time and price. Based on our understanding, we feel the need to be extremely efficient to face these two issues internationally and head on. To overcome the obstacles relating to this, aamra apparels limited has already taken necessary steps to gear up the technological improvisation at production level as well as in the over all management level. A few of the major steps that have been taken are:

  • Majority of our machinery and equipments are automatic and/or fully computerized.

  • Impart training on working manpower to enhance their skill level.

  • Enhance efficiency of our Quality Control Unit to attain “World Class Quality” which is minimum 1.5 AQL.

  • Improvise the Supplier Chain Management System.

  • Implement ISO Quality Management System to catch up the level requirement to obtain ISO 9002 International as well as OKOTEX Certification.
